Returns + Exchanges + Warranty

We will do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with your jewelry. Do not hesitate to contact us at marie@marieandcharlie.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. Please note that sale items, coupon and discount codes cannot be refunded. 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us with the order number, the item that you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will send you a pre-addressed label to attach to your return. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging and condition (unworn). 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after the package has been back to us. There will be a 5% restocking fee for the return. The refund will go to the card you placed the order under.

EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us with the order number, the item that you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. We will send you a pre-addressed label to attach to your exchange. All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging and condition (unworn).

WARRANTY
